We ship all our orders from our warehouse in Sweden.

All our sneakers are produced in the north of Portugal in a family owned factory located in Porto.

You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation.

We accept all major credits cards through Shopify Payments, Paypal and Klarna.
These may vary depending on where you are located. You will see available payment methods in the checkout.

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank. -
Send us and email to info@north-89.com and we will send you a pre-paid return label.

We aim to issue a refund as soon as we have received your return. But please allow 10-14 days after we have received your return for the refund to be processed.

Our warehouse moves fast to delivery the shoes to you as quickly as possible. As unfortunate as is it, once an order has been placed we cannot modify or cancel it.

If you wish to exchange your order you simply return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order online. We hope to be able to provide a standard exchange service in the future.

n our mission to lessen our footprint on the environment, we’ve decided to charge a small fee for returns. When returning an order, you will be refunded in full except for the return fee.

When we have received and approved your return, we will send an email confirmation and refund the order value to the original payment method.
How long does it take for my return to arrive, get approved and refunded?
The total time from when you dropped off the return to the refund reaching your bank account can take up to 25 days. The process consists of three stages:
1) Shipping: Up to 14 workdays
2) Warehouse handling: Up to 3 workdays

UPS: https://www.ups.com/If your shipment has arrived at our warehouse and you still have not received an email confirmation, your return is being handled by our warehouse. If you have received an email confirmation about your return approval, your refund will arrive within 10 bank days.
If 8 bank days have gone by since you received the email confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Taxes

All taxes and duties are included in the total price shown at checkout.

Taxes & duties are excluded from the price at checkout and will be billed b the courier prior to delivery.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded from the final price. Your order will therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties.
We cannot calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries.
North-89 does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by North-89.
Claims

To claim a product, send an email to info@north-89.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as your claim has been reviewed. We will first see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. Otherwise, we will replace the product or refund you the money.
